Coordinating with shop floor employees like workers/operators to establish procedures, standards, systems and proceduresf.Achieving quality assurance operational objectivesg.   1. Verification of production processand documentation during plant rounds.
  2. Periodic document review
  3. Immediate communication to purchase department in case of any rejection
  4. Physical verification of online processduring daily rounds
  5. Communicating and interviewing of shop floor employeesduring daily rounds
  6. Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  7. By conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verificationprocedures;
  8. by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures
