Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose:Looking for a Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to handle all the automation projects and identifying the use cases from various business functions for Robotic Process Automation technology adoption and bring the efficiency /excellency through the organization and reduce the cost of the manpower.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading automation projects and implementation of automation initiatives across the various business function of Syngene Responsible for building the Center of Excellence (COE) team and driving RPA initiatives with an innovative and cloud-agnostic approach to automate the business processes. Responsible for managing for RPA with the handling of cloud platform (AWS / Azure/Google etc.) Responsible for managing various RPA platform (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism and Work fusion) Responsible for identifying the best-customized solution that meets user requirements in terms of RPA strategy on an enterprise-level Responsible for identifying RPA use cases and review with business users on the progress status and process improvements. Responsible for managing the deployment of robotics capabilities, volume scaling, load balancing and agreed to SLAs in the production environment Responsible for managing the integration of RPA with cloud platform and leveraging cognitive services for the various Business function Estimating costs and preparing business cases for IT solutions, giving due consideration to infrastructure, licensing, development and support Responsible for governance, execution and delivery of existing and new RPA projects for the entire group and provide the technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of process automation solutions Develops channels of communication to ensure the free flow of information on objectives, highlights, challenges and key focus areas across the team.Educational Qualification: B. Tech /B.E./MCA /MTech/MSc or Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 5-8+ year exp. s as Lead RPA Automation and minimum 4-6 years of professional exp. in programming, designing & development of software solutionsTechnical/functional Skills: Expertise in managing RPA projects, creating and managing the estimates, project plan, project governance, budget, resource allocation, risk and quality management Must have a working experience of lead RPA Automation managing end to end project and with the handling of RPA platform (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism and Work fusion) Must have a working experience of programming- SQL and relational databases, designing & development of software solutions Strong experience in integrating automation tools OCR, Web Recorder for existing bots and good knowledge over Object-Oriented Programming principles Strong working experience in Design Patterns such as Factory, Abstract Factory, Strategy, VVM etc Must have experience of handling cloud platforms (AWS/ Microsoft /Google) leveraging cognitive capability Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and other cognitive services. Good understanding of the Applications Lifecycle Management (ALM), with full lifecycle experience, from design through to development, testing and deployment Must have experience of defining enterprise-level application architecture and ability to design and evaluate the overall architecture of an application Expertise in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to support organization business needs & achieve high customer satisfaction from business users RPA + certification and experience preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience of handling designing and developing RPA process with a deep understanding of .NET technologies C# 4.0 or higher, MVC, WCF, Automated Unit TestingBehavioral Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) and proven ability to elicit cooperation from senior leaders and other stakeholders Highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics.
