Dear Candidate,Greetings from Devra Architects !We are hiring for Sales & Marketing Manager !Job Responsibility :This is an excellent opportunity for you to join Devra Architects in a Marketing Manager role for our Pune Office Devra Architects and Devra Build Tech Pvt.Ltd.The Marketing Manager works closely with senior leader ship to manage the marketing and business development efforts for Devra Build Tech .This role is responsible for developing and executing effective plans that support the practices growth strategy. While we prefer this role to be in Seattle, we are open to considering hiring someone located in a city where we have an Devra Architects office, (Delhi/Chandigarh/Rohtak/Pune).The Marketing Manager develops and manages an annual marketing budget, tracks metrics, and or chest rates effective new business/prospect efforts. he will organize and implement targeted lead generation and client relationship programs, and manage thought leadership content and programs that underscores Devra Architects brand positioning.Qualification & Experience Need:

  • MBA+Sales & Marketing
  • Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in leading marketing and business development programs for professional services/B2B companies
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience and an ability to mentor, inspire, and motivate business development and marketing staff Familiarity .
  • Experience in an operational or project-management role
Your New Role:
  • Lead Generation & Client Relationships, the Marketing Manager researches, identifies, and qualifies new leads from both new and existing clients. he is responsible for helping to craft and ensure accuracy of an ongoing prospect list for targeted conversations and opportunities for engagement. he develops, manages, and leads a client loyalty program in partnership with Devra company.
  • Prospect& Point-of-Sale Strategies.The Marketing Manager leads teams that produce and generate well-coordinated and compelling new business development efforts.
  • Communication and Collaboration:The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating visibility and transparency in the sales pipeline and business development process among sales professionals.
  • Content Development and Quality Assurance
