Selection - Identify gaps in selection by analysing platform data (search volumes, conversions etc) and benchmarking selection against competition and share any gaps with the buy team 2. Reseller incentives Optimise incentives across different categories/ verticals/ brands/ FSPs to maximise GMV with the allocated incentives budget. Do event/ non-event phasing of incentives With data insights, help the buy team create a strong case for higher incentives for categories where required 3. Merchandising Develop and execute plans to showcase the right products Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and leverage them in merchandising as well as give inputs to product team for product enhancements/ development Work with categories across Flipkart to figure out the best merchandising strategy for the category on the reseller platform Create, manage and execute event calendar for the category 4. Search & Recommendation - Understand reseller behaviour and needs through in-depth data analysis and research and share inputs with product team to keep search and reco results most relevant for resellers 5. Catalogue - Identify any changes that need to be made to product descriptions/ product page for the reseller use case and work with product to implement those 6.
