Job Description

# The candidate would lead a multi- lingual multi- cultural young team of 20 - 40 employees and needs to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring consistent and timely achievement of all operational KPIs # The operations team is responsible for using custom organisation provided toolkits to enhance the efficacy of Dailyhunts state of the art AI ML systems which are used to drive notifications and trending content discovery for millions of users across the 14 languages # Required to manage, lead and inspire associates across various linguistic and cultural back grounds to ensure that high standards of operational, process and business achievements are met on a consistent basis # Develop talent pool by optimising maximising skills of existing team in achieving high productivity and manage attrition. Work in close tandem with recruitment team in hiring by attracting the best talent # Identifying and highlighting opportunities for process improvements, productivity enhancement productivity enhancement which would include playing an active role in providing feedback on feature enhancement for the operations tool kits used by the team # To proactively maintain constant engagement and feedback with various teams in the organisation to ensure business continuity and operational metrics

Candidate Requirements: # Should have experience in transition & program management # Should have experience in defining service delivery framework shift management , training, process setting , performance management ,rostering & staffing , seat utilisation # Leadership abilities by having demonstrated long term thinking and planning for the team and organisation. # Quality management by ensuring that process meets all requirements of standards implemented in the organisation # Reporting and compliance through monthly performance reports and analysis of data # Bachelors Degree is minimum with atleast 8+ years of work experience with atleast 3 of these in a leadership role # Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ability to speak in multiple languages is an added advantage ,
