    Overview:Role and ResponsibilitiesAs the SEO Content Manager, you will be leading the content vertical to ideate, create, distribute and grow myHQs official blog and own it end to end.You will also be involved in other content marketing initiatives like email marketing, influencer marketing & developing in-house content for official communication.Part 1 - Content GenerationUnderstanding the target audience & their content preferencesCreating SEO content strategy along with keyword research & selectionManaging a monthly content calendar & a team of 5-6 writersEditing, proofreading & optimising content piecesOn-page and off-page SEODevelop other content assets like infographics, ebooks etc.Part 2 - Content DistributionDrive traffic to the blogs using organic distribution channelsAbility to think and identify newer channels for blog promotion and growthRefurbishing content into different forms for promotionPart 3 - Content GrowthTracking the performance of content MoMIdentifying newer ways to optimise and grow organic traffic on the blogGuest blogging and link buildingUsing topical trends to drive seasonal traffic to the blogRequirementsFondness for ones craft, people who truly love what they doBachelors degree in English, Communications or Marketing, from a Tier 1 collegeExceptional written, research, and communication skills with a flair for creative writingAbility to manage a team & collaborate with all stakeholders across the boardHunger for growth, for self as well as the vertical you ownIntermediate understanding of SEOStrong understanding of the target audience, consumers and industry trendsProficiency with computers, especially content management software, social media platforms, MS Office, and SEO keywords, a basic understanding of HTMLSkills:seo content,Content Management,Email Marketing
