Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement software applications using .NET, Angular, Azure, and DevOps, ensuring high performance on both mobile and desktopManage the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing, deployment, and supportMaintain and enhance existing web applications and all integrated systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment using Azure and DevOps toolsMonitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and devise solutions to address these issuesLead and mentor junior software engineers, promoting a positive team environment and fostering skill developmentWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code that complies with company standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledgeTroubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely solutionsParticipate in Agile/Scrum development process and meetingsKeep abreast of latest and emerging technologies in software development, including AI/ML, and incorporate new technologies as appropriate into solution designPerform feasibility analysis for new systems and upgradesCollaborate with business analysts and project managers to identify software solutions and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budgetProactively identify areas for improvement or enhancement in current architectureSupport the creation of system and user documentationEnsure application security by designing appropriate infrastructure and applying security patches and upgrades when necessaryConduct performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automationTake responsibility for feature-focused unit and system testing, contributing to performance and load testing activitiesBuilder Responsibility:Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-makingComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field10 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET, Angular, Azure, and DevOps. Development lead/manager with 5 years of experienceHands-on experience in designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance Solid experience in DevOps practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testingExtensive experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), web servers, and UI/UX designCurrent and deep knowledge of multiple programming languages including C#, JavaScript, and TypeScriptSolid knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, and agile best-practicesIn-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services and experience in managing cloud-based applicationsExcellent understanding of Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer reviewProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitProficient in backend development using .NET and frontend development using AngularDemonstrated solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrable ability to lead a team of junior developers, including mentoring and code reviewsDemonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentDemonstrated solid commitment to quality and a thorough approach to workProven excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsProven ability to learn new software .
