Job Description

Leading Transnational company requires experienced professional urgently,The desired candidate should have below skillset and industry exposure

  • The candidate should be from the banking industry.
  • He/She should have handled big accounts.
  • He/Should have fair understanding of NPA, asset tracing and frauds.
  • Should have handled sales teams.
  • The ability to network and Sell is the key skillset.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk.
  • The person must possess good business acumen. Should be vigilant on new developments in the industry.
  • Reach out strategies for business development in BFSI domain of the respective geography of the Manager Sales- BFSI
  • Acquiring new clients across BFSI domain, which also extends to Law Firms, Private Equity Firms, Asset Reconstruction Companies, International firms, Financial institutions, Housing Finance companies, Fintech companies, NBFCs or similar.
  • Cross-Selling services of the company.
  • Deepening of Relationship with newly acquired clients by Manager.
  • Ensuring timely submission of reports.
  • Coordination with Operations team for completion of assignment and Finance team for invoicing.
  • Follow up with clients for Reports discussion and Accounts receivables.
  • Have knowledge and Business Development experience in BFSI industry.
  • Achieve Business Goals and agreed Business Targets.
  • Joint Client visits with Team members, wherever required.
  • Preparing Proposals, Presentations, Report writing, good knowledge of MS office.
  • Participate in internal team meetings, operations calls, Trainings and other initiatives
  • Deliver the projects taking into consideration scope and applicability of industry best practices and in accordance to the law of the land.
  • Ensure effective project management by involvement in the complete project lifecycle through seamless account management practices in accordance with the guidelines of the organization.
  • Should be able to continually improve and share professional knowledge to be on whats happening in the industry as well as on latest standards, technologies, best practices as well as applications
Essential Skills
  • Professional Work- 10+ Years or more of sales experience in Banking Industry.
  • Experience selling similar services as of the same company will be an added advantage.
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable to work under pressure due to stringent deadlines and tough situations.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach.
  • The role is client-facing and will require extensive travel.
Educational Background
  • Strong academic background, preferably a Masters degree in the fields of Finance, Journalism, International Relations, International Business and Political Science, Law or Security Studies, from a good university.
