Job Description

    Job Role & Responsibilities:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Secured and unsecured products in NBFC Specifically LAP.
    • Manage recruitment initiatives and collaborations with placement agencies.
    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organizations workforce needs.
    • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
    • Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring metrics
    Key skills and Experience:
    • Education: MBA HR
    • 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Micro LAP /NBFC sector.
    • Proven track record in hiring sales roles for LAP in South India.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously .
