With over 10,000 + products, 12 categories and 90+Sub Category (sofas, beds, dining tables, storage shelves, etc.) and 13 stores in 5 cities, we are constantly growing in every way.Our brick and mortar retail laurels have begun as well - in March 2018, we were awarded Gold for the best storefront design at the prestigious HG VM & RD Awards.Responsibilities:- Lead a team of recruiters responsible for all hiring across functions and job level for Urban Ladder.- Plan and implement Talent attraction and branding strategies across existing and new channels to make Urban Ladder employer of choice.- Identify and develop partners to help expedite key hiring/niche positions.- Plan and implement campus hiring strategies based on current and future positions.- Be updated on market trends with regards to competitors and best practices- Set dashboards capturing all key recruitment metrics- Quantitative and Qualitative.Qualification:- Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from Tier 1/2 college.- 6-7 years of experience with FMCG, Ecommerce or It/ITES.- Prior consulting experience will be Mandate.Desired Skills and Functional Experience:- Business Acumen, Strong problem- solving skills and comfort with numbers.- Driven, sincere, honest and fair.,
