We empower the original mobile device: YOU!What were looking for:You are a passionate and results-oriented Manager in Technical Program Management who is driving software delivery functions, multiple simultaneous programs to deliver software tools and services for cloud and are managing a team who enable you to deliver results.Position OverviewThis role provides program management guidance to global software development teams. It establishes and implements best practices and standards related to engineering processes and program management through all phases of the software development life cycle. In this role, you ll also work with executive, senior management and interdisciplinary teams to translate the orgs vision and strategy in order to drive planning, processes, technology, and people management activities. The role applies broad understanding of business strategy to define requirements for organizational operation, capability, capacity and agility.Role ResponsibilitiesA ) Program Management

  • You will develop, maintain and lead an effective Technical Program Management team to ensure Citrix meets and exceeds business goals in cloud service delivery.
  • Will implement strategies for building organizational capability, capacity and agility; plans, communicates and drive business and organizational initiatives and programs
  • You will work with business leaders to allow innovation and creativity within development teams to be important sources of new ideas and product direction
  • Will lead multiple teams through the full life cycle of development activities including design, execution, launch, and maintenance; leverages development resources from multiple locations and product groups, including global development centers
  • You will build and manage a program team that includes RTE, Scrum Masters and TPMs thatll guide the growing development team in the implementation of SAFe framework.
  • You will drive collaboration between all the engineering functions by understanding the business objectives of each organization and identifying opportunities to align.
  • Will contribute to the definition of cloud capability and service delivery development processes including sound engineering design process and quality practices, software estimation, coding standards, technical documentation standards, QA processes, build, and configuration management
  • Will hold the engineering organization to the highest standards of product development quality
  • You will drive execution of development and project plans, resource allocation and budget and keeps the communication channels open regarding changing customer needs and market requirements
B ) Supervisory
  • You will develop and maintain a culture where employees are highly motivated, energetic, excited and enthusiastic working for the company
  • Will ensures measurement, reward/recognition and compensation plans are competitive, motivating, aligned with the Company s value proposition, vision and strategy, and executed within approved budget guidelines
  • You will conducts interviews, hires new TPMs, Scrum masters, and provides coaching and guidance during ramp up period
  • Will Relays the vision and support practices which facilitate employees career goals and meet business needs
  • Will continually develop the competence (skills, knowledge and behaviors) of everyone in the business unit through appropriate coaching and development/training activities; evaluates and provides developmental opportunities for high potential talent
  • You will communicate business goals to employees and ensures that their individual development and performance goals align; conducts employee performance reviews
  • Will addresses performance issues and provides ongoing and corrective feedback in a timely and constructive manner
  • You will holds team members accountable to high standards and model best practices in communication and conflict resolution within and outside of team

Basic Qualifications
  • You will have a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering
  • Will have at least 2 years of people management experience
  • You will have at least 4 years of dedicated experience driving programs.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present to large audiences.
  • Have strong technical and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
  • You will have a strong track record of executing in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • You will be highly experienced with data-driven decision making
  • Have knowledge and experience in delivering Cloud-based SaaS projects
  • Be inquisitive with technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners
