Specifically, you would be responsible to lead engineering efforts for: FPGA programming, RF Board Design and Simulation (Greater than 40Ghz), and write C++ programming in support of Test Program generation. The manager would interlock with teams in New York, Vermont, and Germany. The role of this manager would be to build off the base HC and grow the team via an intensive recruiting process - A unique opportunity to build, and grow your own team. As this team grows and builds skills in the near future, an RF test Lab is likely in Bangalore as well.Your Job People Manager of 15-20HC Engage with peer managers in the USA and Germany regarding test requirements Coach and build the skills of you engineers Work with Staffing, Recruiting, Universities to build a pipeline of candidates Lead the RF Tester Board Design and Simulation efforts for the WW GlobalFoundries Test Team Deliver RF Board Designs for Part Numbers along with FPGA programming Lead C++ code work, *Required Qualifications: Masters in Electrical Engineering 10+ years experience in semiconductors Fluency in English Language written & verbal Physical Capacity Demands Able to visit a potential future Test Lab onsite or offsitePreferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of RF Design Practices Working knowledge of FPGAs Working knowledge of C++ programming Working knowledge of High Frequency Simulations for Board Designs Previous people management experience leading team of at least 8 people
