Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    • Knowledge on Different types of Lithium ion Battery cells, Modules and pack.
    • 6-8+ years of proven experience on Battery Testing with Battery Cycler equipment like AVL, Arbin, Bitrode etc. and their use in appropriate applications
    • Preparation DVP and Test Plans with respect Test standards, DFMEA, develop test procedures and create test setup, execute test at internal/External lab and analyses the data for validation activities.
    • Proven ability to work independently under high pressure and comfortable working in a multifaceted environment.
    • Knowledge on Battery Automotive Standards ISO12405,UN38.3,AIS 038, AIS048, AIS152, UL,SAEJ2664,IEC 62660,GB/T etc.
    • Work with other test engineers and technicians to execute battery performance testing, Electrical Tests, mechanical Tests, Safety Tests using cycler/equipment s and provide accurate result reports.
    • Knowledge on various types of measurement equipment to test batteries and cells.
    • Root cause analysis, 8D preparation
    • Relies on data to justify technical decisions and ability to clearly explain technical issues and Strong Willingness to take ownership and drive results
    Experience 8+ years Qualifications BE / B.Tech General Requirements
    • Strong technical skills
    • Good knowledge of electromobility, batteries and battery health monitoring system.
    • Knowledge of data analytics is a plus
