KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning Understand the planogram brief by category buyers Develop ideas on the new season, new store and VM changeovers and align with the other category VMs Prepare the planogram booklet and share the same with the regions Decide on the elements and signages as per the category Create a styling docket and key highlights for the respective category and share the same Conduct market surveys to know retail trends and draw inspiration on VM standards Implementation Align with the VM calendar and communicate across stores Generate ideas on in-store communication and displays as per the brief from marketing team Coordinate product shoot with buying and marketing team Make use of the product shoot outcomes for the signages Execute a mock store set up as per the Planogram and share the findings with the regions Ensure implementation of the Planogram across regions Ensure regular planogram reviews are done and feedback shared with GM VM Review the season performance, plan and implement the VM changeover and update the Planogram Update and communicate all VM activities through Wooqer New store opening Coordinate with projects and NSO (VM) for store elevation and visual elements sign off STR Understanding and tracking Understand the sell through at sub group level and take appropriate actions People Train the regional teams on VM standards for successful planogram executionSalary: INR 9,00,000 - 13,00,000 PA.Industry: Retail / WholesaleEmployment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time ,
