1. Effectively manage the customer queries and ensure speedy and timely resolution. 2. Drive the dealer towards customer satisfaction to meet the CSI Index. 3.Establish and monitor timely vehicle services and delivery to customer. 4.Monitor and ensure the speedy support for any enroute break down calls 5.Provide Dealer support for any Trouble shooting of Bus Complaints 6.Continuously monitor technical issues for quick resolution in coordination with HO Tech Team 7.Monitor and ensure better parts availability at the dealerships. 8.Dealer team skill mapping and plan and ensure the required training to the dealer team. 9.Ensure and monitor the dealer claims for Quality and Timely submission. 10.Drive the Dealer team for enhancing the service market share 11.Timely submission of reports to the management. 12.
