HR & Admin Manager January 23, 2018Desired candidate profile:- Masters degree in HR, Social work, Organisational Psychology, or related Masters degree ideallywith a relevant postgraduate qualification and 13+ years of relevant work experience.- Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment- Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies and be a business partner in complexenvironments at the senior levels of an organisation.- Experience of developing and implementing a talent management strategy to raise the bar andupgrade capability including formulating/implementing career path, employee development programs& promotion criteria across the organisation.- Prior experience in managing a team.- Should be meticulous and should have strong sense of responsibility.Job description:The incumbent will be responsible to establish & streamline all HR & Administration Processes acrossthe Company that includes;- Recruitment: Jointly with business, establish manpower plan and manage recruitment & selectionprocess to ensure right talent with required competencies are in place at right time to meet businessrequirements.- Formulate and implement HR policies & procedures successfully in tune with Business realities inthe entire Organisation.- Deliver robust talent management and development initiatives to ensure key talent development,succession planning, career management and performance management.- Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all HR programs and practices such asemployee benefits, compensation, employee development programs against the relevant comparablecompanies, industries and markets.- Effective maintenance of employee relations across the Company. Ensure prompt resolution ofemployee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.- Ensure compliance with all the applicable status without fail and monitoring the same as perschedules.- Establish effective HR reporting system & MIS through the company.- Overall management of General Affairs. The responsible areas are facilities management, officeexpansion at various locations & workspace planning, travel management, housekeeping,office/employee safety & security and lab management with safety controls. Manage budgets,determine operational/ procurement best practices and optimize costs for supplies and services.,
