Pre- shift briefings for daily business and industry updates. Daily submission of client dashboard/ SLA reports. Completion of invoicing and timely submissions of agency invoices. Follow up on any pending payments/ collections Escalation resolution Maximize PLB sales and have a steady growth in business share. Airline updates and relations by way of product presentations Explore all possibilities of cross selling of agency products. Vendor Managem ent: Enhance vendor basket and maintain strong relations to source the best deals. Maximize agency earnings by optimal utilization of the vendors Timely clearance of vendor payments and renewal of contracts Preparing skill sets and help HR source the optimum man power for effective handling of the corporate. Mentoring the current team to achieve their KRAs and organizational goals Training needs for the team based on skill set and HR guidelines. Monthly and half- yearly performance scorecards. Quarterly reviews with Team Leads Team outings and informal gatherings to have a synergized approach Client Relationshi p: Develop and maintain good and transparent relations at all levels. Quarterly business performance reviews Organizing Leisure Roadshows and Passport Melas Interactions with frequent travelers for feedback on service delivery Desired Candidate Profile: Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo) IATA Geography with Major Cities, Airports and Airlines Codes Knowledge of Global indicators, Different type of Fares & Fare Rules.,
