      • Responsible for Site Acquisition, contract negotiation, rent negotiation,Facility Management.
      • Well versed with Lease execution formalities.
      • Maintenance of Interiors,General Maintenance,Liaising (eg. Contract Certificate/Municipal etc.)
      • Responible for Monthly MIS.
Desied Candidate :
      • Any Graduate with with 3-4 years of Experience in Site Acquisition,Facility Management
      • Industry / Sector Retail,QSR preferred
    • Good Knowldge on Local vendors and Language prefered.
