Effectively lead the operations while the Manager is not present. Responsible for monitoring training and development of new employees on shift. Adopting ITIL process and helping team members in Incident, Change and Problem management. Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members. Must be proficient in each area of the operations to assist when necessary. Follow inventory control procedures to keep track of assets belonging to Operations.
