Job Description

    The Process lead position is responsible for the proper process execution of the development for a designated part of the product portfolio roadmap. The process lead would review current Waters processes and make sure that the teams execute against Waters process requirements. This position requires a good understanding of Waters process and how they apply to producing documentation properly meeting these requirements Sound knowledge of Product Life CycleGood understanding of relevant standards like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 62304 and 17971Can execute on defined quality process and can suggest and bring changes as and when neededExperience of Defining Quality Process based on the standards.Drive the Process trainings to the Engineering teams.Guide the Engineering team on any process clarifications.Review the Documents produced for the compliance.Experience of Working on tools like Atlassian to validate different process and compliance requirements from the Project/Product Development LifecycleNice to have Validation and Development backgroundResults oriented with the ability to work independently and self-manage.Excellent communication and inter-personal skillsCandidate must be highly motivated and outgoing.Good multi-tasking abilitiesWork with other business and technology leaders to drive the definition and refinement of the process intent backlog and partner with Delivery Leads and Program Managers to define and develop a comprehensive process excellence backlog.Prepare and present periodic projects compliance status reports to senior and executive leadership.
