Leads a team that engages in business development strategies and programs in support of Oracles Sales Organization.Supervises a team of business development consultants. Team is responsible for developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment or channel. With frequent guidance from the manager or senior manager, oversees and monitors daily tasks related to market analysis, competitive activity, and identification of customer needs.Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Marketing/Business Development experience in the high-tech industry preferred. Professional credentials in Marketing. Academic credentials desirable. Working knowledge of business development job. Thorough understanding of Oracles products and services. Stakeholder Management: Manage interactions and work updates with ANZ, Singapore, ASEAN, India LMM counterparts6. Data Mining: Analyze & Publish LMM Market trends for APAC
