Leads a team that engages in business development strategies and programs in support of Oracles Sales Organization.Supervises a team of business development consultants. Team is responsible for developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment or channel. With frequent guidance from the manager or senior manager, oversees and monitors daily tasks related to market analysis, competitive activity, and identification of customer needs.Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Marketing/Business Development experience in the high-tech industry preferred. Professional credentials in Marketing. Academic credentials desirable. Working knowledge of business development job. Thorough understanding of Oracles products and services. Ability to lead a team in all areas of strategic business development. Effective written and verbal communication skills., Market Intelligence Manager APAC, will have the below KRAs1. Team Management: Manage a team of competent Market Intelligence Analysts. The team will cater to ANZ, Singapore, ASEAN, India regions.2. (Clean & Augment acquired data for NSCorp uploads)Linkedin & Digital Lead Gen Sales supportUse Linkedin/Lusha to get Persona contacts.Update work on NS CORP & Maintain Work templates3. Quality Checks: Review Data quality & Work templates4. NSCORP Hygiene: Monitor NSCorp updates, ensure hygiene5. Stakeholder Management: Manage interactions and work updates with ANZ, Singapore, ASEAN, India LMM counterparts6. Data Mining: Analyze & Publish LMM Market trends for APAC
