Objective of the role:Drive strategy forMarket Intelligence & AnalysisCountry & sector specific strategyM&A activitiesDrive Lead Gen with focus on huntingContact mining for hunting accountsManage outsourced outbound call teams for lead genThe Role:The Market Making Consultant is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales / Hunting teams in proactively identifying opportunities through industry research, analyst reports, technology adoption trends in the region, and understanding trends in customer spending. The role entailing building an active pipeline by identifying suitable Wipro solutions and driving campaigns for regional Mega-Gama and other farming accounts, and must-have hunting accounts.Preference will be for candidates with Market Making/Presales background in any of these industries or technology segments with an understanding of the trends and solutions relevant to both the Technology and the relevant domain of the business.Market Making InitiativesWork together with the sales and the delivery team to shape proactive themes for pipeline generationProspecting and Market Research industry and company specific analysisProgram Manage the demand generation activities and campaigns through research and working closely with the SMU DG Team, service lines and marketing teamThought leadership building with activities like frequent Point of View developments and White PapersConducts secondary research, gather intelligence, build a context or shape POV around diverse areas like accounts, personas or industry trendsSupports opportunity creation by supporting the Demand Generation team in campaigns through mails, webinars, workshops, cold calling etc.Presents or leads client presentations / workshops involved in demand generation effortSupports the sales team while pursuing a qualified lead by gathering relevant information on technology platforms etc.Contact mining for hunting accounts and drive identified campaigns for various rolesManage Lead Generation through outsourced outbound call teamsSupport M&A activitiesProposal development:Identifies the teams / experts to be reached out to for relevant Wipro solutionsCollaborates with multiple stakeholders for putting together an approach/proposalIntegrates / assembles the response as per inputs received and ensures that response gets submitted as per timeline.Closely work with the Sales team to identify customer needs and propose relevant solutionCoordinates with the different Service Lines and Delivery teams for the commercial estimatesWorks in collaboration with the BFMs to determine the deal margins and the commercialsKnowledge Management:Focuses on activities like research to build further capability in the teamCreates collaterals, account dockets etc. that can be reused by the teamPersonal Development and Competence Building:Identifies priority developmental competencies and seeks coaching supportFocuses on all round development that includes competency building in areas of Functional, Domain, Technology, Process and Behavioural skillsCreates individual development plan on the IDP portal to achieve personal and career development objectives in agreement with manager,
