ResponsibilitiesConduct market research into emerging trends in the industry.Recommend business development strategies for the purpose of enhancing company sales.Develops and implements targeted surveys for the purpose of gathering marketinformation.Creates custom reports and generates standard reports for management and sales team.Reviews forms and reports to determine weak areas and make improvements.Analyses work flows and makes recommendations for streamlining or improving theprocess.Find new business partners for the company.Helps create and maintain a marketing plan for a new or existing product.Helps develop new sales leads for the company.Researches marketing opportunities and communicates to Sales teamProduce statistical models to help predict market trends.Interpret financial statements.Determines target audiences to introduce new service offerings.Reads publications and attends Events forum on industry trends to aid in keeping ahead of the competition.Identify potential new markets.Communicates with and qualifies sales prospects.Assist with writing proposals.Analyse the techniques and successes of the competition.Job Requirements:Desired Skills and ExperienceMBA graduate with a flair for working in Business DevelopmentExperience in working with global teams, especially with US and UK sales and pre- salesteamsThe candidate should have skills with office productivity software, such as MS Word and MSPowerPoint.Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and research skills.Exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills as well as good presentation skills.Adhere to good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.Good problem solving and decision- making skills.Must have strong leadership and managerial skills, good negotiation and persuasion skills.Must be detail oriented and has good conflict resolution skills.Education and ExperienceEngineering Degree in IT / Electronics / Computers.Masters degree in Business Administration.Experience in sales and marketing.Proficiency in computer operation and business and IT Infrastructure Skills:1.
