Job Description

    • Conceptualize, coordinate, organize, and execute industry, customer & internal events.
    • Establish strong connections with business area points of contact to gain knowledge on the latest products, technologies, and happenings.
    • Explore media angles to leverage event communication.
    • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and maintain an excellent relationship, with those who will be responsible for event management e.g., agency, venue provider, compliance, purchase, logistics (both internal & with partners).
    • Be creative in identifying areas that can be leveraged for communication, collaboration, and exposure (both internal and external).
    • Ensure brand guidelines are followed thoroughly and impart the knowledge with other points of contact from different departments
    • Conduct a regular audit of facility branding
    • Identify and maintain contacts with relevant agencies e.g creative, merchandise
    • Review branding material from different teams for alignment to brand guide.
    • You will need to have a thorough understanding of brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams to gather feedback, understand customer requirements, and address communication-related topics.
    • Work with the central marketing teams to develop effective product messaging, branding & collateral.
    • Support the product and sales teams with communication related topics.
