The Recruitment Marketing function is responsible for creating and sustaining the image of Accenture as an employer of choice in India. This team s focus is on attracting the right talent to the company through various online campaigns, events, assets etc. Working in close collaboration with recruitment teams and business teams, the team is instrumental in planning and executing appropriate marketing campaigns to address specific hiring needs. Key responsibilities This is a Specialist level role within the India GU marketing & communications team, where the individual will have responsibility for recruitment marketing programs and campaigns This role requires a professional to: Plan and deliver programs for the respective entity in close collaboration with recruiters and business teams in line with the hiring requirements Plan and execute campaigns that aid in image and relationship building for e.g., physical and digital events, online campaigns, digital asset creation and promotion etc. Help recruitment teams with targeted campaigns resulting in a quality talent pipeline online media campaigns, new-age recruitment avenues such as hackathons etc. Plan and utilize quarterly budgets allocated to the entity Collaborate closely with Internal Communications and other local/global marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns This role requires a professional with: Superior skills in marketing program development and campaign management, content management and communication Skills in event management, with a strong focus on ROI and stakeholder needs Experience working with video concepts & storytelling, editorial and packaging would be good. Strong teaming skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude to collaborate across multiple teams and external vendors to drive projects forward. Navigating ambiguity with grace and being simultaneously strategic and excellent at execution are critical to success in this role. Ability to adapt, be flexible, multi-task and drive outcomes in a virtual, problem-solving environment. Strong program management skills and ability to lead budget management, internal reporting as well as organize monthly, quarterly and annual program plans. Educational Qualifications Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, campaign management, content development & editorial, event management, strategic planning and execution in any Tier 1 IT and ITEs company.
