Job Description

    • To identify the Potential Market by Market research, Information should be gathered from questionnaires, focus groups, the internet, interviews, buying habits and many more.
    • Digital Knowledge and expertise in the latest technology of Marketing and Brand Building

    • To get information and examined in a scientific way using proper statistical methods.
    • To collect & present the information about the Sales Potential, infrastructure, population, Transport systems the new and proposed developments, the competitive buildings etc., as soon as the place finalized for Project by the MD
    • To arrive the Marketable price as soon as the project is proposed. Utmost care and shrewdness on the pricing should be taken care. It should not either under priced nor over priced
    • To prepare the written marketing plan since Marketing planning is the Core requirement of the business.
    • To plan through which we will be market the product and prepare the same from collecting the information from various department by the of way of `Pulling information`
    • To provide marketing skills and expertise to by building, developing, managing and mentoring marketing team capable of executing the organizations marketing strategies and tactics to the subordinates.
    • To Develop lead generation programs which maximize the identification of new prospects and sales opportunities
    • To be proactive and time sense in preparing the Brochures, advertisement material, common floor portal advertisement etc and should available on the scheduled date
    • To prepare the Market/Sales Presentation before the launch of the Project and get appraised on all the technical and commercial aspects before presenting to the Investors and customers
    • To prepare and maintain the Axis family Customer Bank (Data Sheet), The Proposed project presentation can be sent to these customers through mail.

    • For On-time accurate report of statistics & report of Analysis
