We are looking for a marketing lead to support our ER&D practice which aspires to impact our clients with full stack engineering services portfolio. It s an opportunity to work and learn with our engineers and business leaders driving process, platforms and technology innovation. The marketing lead will be responsible for building awareness, storytelling to uniquely position practice capabilities to identified stakeholders for business success. This person will assist in designing, developing and executing the integrated marketing plan for practices, with a specific focus in alignment to Engineering and R&D strategy for growth. Success will be measured by the ability to execute initiatives agreed upon, which will establish Wipro as a market leader in providing Engineering and R&D services. This position is specifically responsible for the following: Able to design, develop, and execute an integrated marketing plan aligned to business goals Assist in developing PoVs, case studies, videos, solution collaterals and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs Calendarize, manage and track content, print & digital assets, PRs, webinars, events, AR engagements and joint marketing programs with partners Passion to drive world-class content, elevate market messaging, and recognition as a strong thought leader in engineering services Work with analyst relations team to achieve better mindshare and ratings in ER&D services Assist in overseeing the participation in industry analyst and advisor benchmark reports like Forrester Waves, Gartner Magic Quadrants, Everest PEAK Matrix, IDC MarketScape etc. A team player, exhibit collaborative behavior, work closely with marketing and business stakeholders, aligned to business objectives and outcomes Success will be measured by establishing Wipro as a leader in ER&D area, changing the brand perception, improve demand across target customers, recruits, employees, media, ecosystem partners, analysts, and more Roles & Responsibilities: Qualifications: Requirements: The successful candidate possesses the following: 8+ years of integrated marketing experience Experience with digital marketing and building websites to promote products and services Ability to build strategic perspective, influence, and ability to execute it High impact communication across multiple formats: Full professional proficiency in English Thorough understanding of content-led brand development principles, partner marketing frameworks, techniques, and best practices Engineering and R&D work background is an added advantage Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core solution value proposition,
