Marketing Manager | Asteria Aerospace Asteria Aerospace Pvt. Ltd.is an emerging aerospace organization involved in the design and development of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). Asteria also engages in research and development of technologies related to UAS. We have new opportunities for talented engineers to join our UAS Product Development team. You will be involved in exciting and challenging projects in the cutting edge field of UAS technology. Develop consistent branding strategy for company for both direct B2B interactions and PR campaigns. Execute competitor analysis and market research to identify trends in products developed and customer adoption biases. Creating clear, customer- oriented messaging based on value propositions. Helping to develop, curate and promote content (training, reference designs, application notes, white papers, blogs, etc.) Oversee global digital marketing strategies including video story board, social media engagement, design and campaign strategy that elevate growth in the market to attract new customers, engage existing customers and influence customer Leveraging data to assess the effectiveness of content, and collaborating with key experts to complete analysis of web performance. Understanding and leveraging the various global marketing channels including search, paid media, paid aggregation, automated campaigns, social media, influencer relations, etc. Understanding market analysis and create competitor comparisons on commercial specs. Support product roadmap development with technical teams based on market analysis Developing an understanding of corporate and employee communications and leader communications strategies Design/ Deliver corporate presentations and videos Helping to drive communications activities that support employee engagement and ensure employees understand the priorities and focus Maximizing internal communications channels: company intranet and blogs, organization- level intranet pages, digital and site signage, employee emails, videos and high- touch leader communications Qualifications: Experience: 3- 5 years in product based B2B marketing (preference for technology/ high- tech/ manufacturing industry) Desired Characteristics: Comfortable in PowerPoint and other presentation software Proven record of successfully creatingvideosand managing branding campaigns Excellent written and verbal skills Proficiency with content management software like WordPress, jhoomla Creative, flexible thinking in time- sensitive situations Self- starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast- paced, passionate work environment Stronganalytical skills and premium brand sensibility Grasp of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, blogging, etc. Should have keen eye to detail, carry the right ability to work to deadlines and under pressure results driven approach.
