Job Description

In this role, the Marketing Operations Lead will be responsible for supporting marketing processes, managing data accuracy and system updates, leading the event operations workflow for sponsorship payments, supporting analytics requirements including data pulls and system updates, and creating and managing standard work documentation.Essential Responsibilities:Report into the VP, Marketing Operations and AnalyticsLead request intake and execution steps for new sourcing requests including communication with requesters, sourcing, and vendors for purchase order (PO) processing.Review statement of work (SOW) documentation and submit requests in FusionManage investment documentation and tracker management as well as provide regular communication and updates to the teamAssist with maintaining financial data accuracy in Marketing s investment system including tracking updates online items, uploading finance files for real time invoice status, and supporting data quality control.Lead event operations sponsorship payments including document management, sponsor communication, and maintenance of invoice tracker.Manage marketing tool updates as needed throughout the year including tags and workflowsLead data audits and optimizations across the marketing and communications teamTrack, organize and create standard work documents for the marketing and communications teamQualifications/Requirements:Bachelors Degree. A minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing-related roles.Desired Characteristics:Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skills and ability to coordinate with business stakeholders in requirements gathering and workshopsAbility to be a self-starter and self-motivator with excellent problem-solving skillsExperience with the following systems/tools: Allocadia, Fusion, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office suite, Kapost,
