You should have in depth knowledge of the industry that you would service with us. The B2B media industry has been slowly shifting from inventory and visibility options to becoming marketing partners. You will without a doubt need to understand the customers business and industry landscape and create compelling solutions. You would work along with the sales team to help them understand the customer and pitch optimum solutions that bring value to all stakeholders. Your solutions have to be superlative in order to ensure repeat business and lock in customers. Do bear in mind that you will need to ideate new and innovative solutions every single day. Work experience in a marketing role within the industry that you are applying for would be a big advantage.For marketing positions we need people with at least five years of experience. There is no limit on the years of experience for this position too.Besides the above positions we also need people with three - five years of experience for positions in video editing , database building and management , audience acquisition and events operations.The content and sales positions are based across major metros in India.
