  • This is a role within Group Performance to Plan data team based in Bangalore.
  • The team supports using big data tools and industry best practices, the generation of insights, on the Bank s performance to drive strategic decision making and support the communication of the Bank s performance to external stakeholders.
  • The role suits an individual able to conceptualise, problem solve and think laterally to manage dynamic and unique issues.
  • Creativity and the ability to communicate clearly are essential skills for the role.
Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting group FP&A / P2P reporting & analytics by monitoring and analysing master data,key data, and master relationship dataEnsure master data integrity and identify areas for data quality improvements while helping to resolve dataquality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction strategiesAssist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements to ensure functionalmaster data integrityProfile, analyse, and provide recommendations on data ingestion methods - meaning the level of cleansing,cross reference and enhancements to the data in a reusable fashion.Assists in the development and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on dataownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data setsProvides technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including data model, data matching andmerging rules, survivorship criteria and data stewardship workflows using Informatica Enterprise DataCatalogue & AxonQualifications & Skills:A strong academic record at bachelor or master s degree level in computer scienceMinimum 4 years of relevant experience, Master Data Management work experience for a minimum of 5yearsWork experience on developing database model, metadata catalogues and data profilingWork experience using essential master data function, including intake processing, data quality, match andmerge processing, database performance tuning, file-based, and services integrationExperience taking a leadership role in driving best practices and set standards for Master Data, includingcoding structures, data replication, data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria and datastewardship workflowsDeep technical skills in Informatica Master Data tools and NoSQLA detailed understanding of Informatica Enterprise Data Catalogue and Axon is critical to this roleA good working knowledge of SAP data analytics tools, Hadoop / Big Data architectures, DataIku, Dremio /Apache Arrow, and SAP PaPM would be considered positivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with colleagues from different timezones and cultures.Proven strategic and analytical skills with a strong appetite for finding facts and offering solutionsQualification towards CFA or FRM will be considered positivelyApply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.,
