Analyze their current state of the system, understand the pain points of business and assess current capability gaps; design and implement a solution using IBM Maximo. Should be able to lead a work stream, communicate with engagement and drive the solution from techno-functional perspective. Desired Knowledge: The candidate should be Familiar with various methodologies of project execution - Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc. Having experience in various phases of SDLC life cycle. Having expertise in Asset Management domain knowledge with an Add on industry specific knowledge. Having experience in designing and prototyping end to end solution Able to convert requirements in detailed functional design documents into Technical workable solution and design documents. Technically sound along with hands-on experience of configuration, java customization / automations scripts, integration, data conversion and BIRT reporting modules etc. Having good knowledge of Industry best practices, coding standards and able to manage product performance. Having a thorough understanding of code migration strategy. Desired Skills: Must have skills: Maximo - Application development, Customization (Automation scripts), Integration Framework, BIRT reporting. Good to have skills: Java, Java Script, Python, Application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic), Database knowledge. Professional and Educational Background: Should have good communication and Problem-solving skills Willing to work independently. A Bachelor s Degree / equivalent. Being IBM certified Maximo professional will be an added advantage.
