Job Description

    *Vision of the Team: Lead the digital acceleration program at Mercedes Benz through digitalization, automation, and acceleration of developer journeys for different vehicle programs like Autonomous Driving, Infotainment, Electrification.This will be done by creating of State of the Art DevOps platforms, b) Automation of processes and tools, and c) realization of dashboards for best information exchange and user experience.#ProgramManagement #DevOps #CICD Roles & Responsibilities
    • Build strong technology teams for creating DevOps pipelines and automation of systems and processes across multiple business units.
    • Oversee the development & implementation of complete SDLC and accountable for high Quality On-time delivery.
    • Provide effort estimates, identify resource needs and enforce project & delivery standards and remove impediments.
    • Cultivates & builds relationships across business and enable leveraging of emerging industry standards & approaches.
    • Strive for people development- Responsible for their goal setting, continuous learning and development, motivation, feedback and grooming
    • Motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a complex environment.
    Background required
    • Experienced in handling technical teams and accountable for project delivery, employee development.
    • Proficiency with agile and Devops practices toolchain.
    • Experience and ability to define cloud based applications & services, including domain specific micro services on cloud environments like AWSAzure.
    • Extensive work experience in migrating on-prem solutions to cloud infrastructure.
    • Strong demonstrated people development skills to hire, coach, develop & mentor team members.
    • Responsible for developing people and manage talent effectively.

    • Must have 12+ years experience and proven record of leading & managing technology team members.
    • Must have minimum 6 years of any programming language hands on experience.
    • Must have minimum 3 years of Devops experience and possess knowledge on Devops tools used widely in market.
    • Must have knowledge on AWSAzure cloud services.
    • ScrumAgile certification is must.
    • Preferable to have experience on Atlassian tools.
    • Technology-oriented, experience managing multiple projects with technical complexity & interdependencies
