Job Description

* Infortainment Navigation Architect Education & Training
• Bachelor s /Master s Degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Instrumentation
Experience
• 8-12 years of experience in Software development in Automotive Navigation
• Min 7 years of experience in writing, debugging, and testing C/C++ software.
Skills (Mandatory)
• Knowledge in any Head unit applications like Navigation, Media, connectivity etc.
• Expertise in working in at least any IPC protocols like DBus, Thrift etc.
• Expert in programming languages like C, C++
• Expertise in SW Design using any UML diagram tools like Enterprise Architect
• Well versed with the Git, Jenkins, Jira etec.
• In-depth Understanding of Automotive infotainment systems and system design.
• Experience in platform level modules/driver implementations
• Extensive experience in interacting with Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers
• Knowledge of Embedded operating systems like embedded Linux.
• Knowledge in any DBMS technologies
• Field Test drive experience
Skills (Good to have)
• Hands on experience and performed the role of Product Owner & Scrum Master )
• Experience in Product life cycle management
• Test Driven Development & Continuous Integration Server
Job Responsibilities
• Architecting modular and scalable design for Navigation module
• Providing SW designing of efficient interface designs for Navigation module
• Solution provider for development team
• Coordinating with Stakeholders and moderating for implementing navigation use cases
• Understand the different MB SW and behaviours
• Creating SW processes for better productivity
• Question and challenge SW suppliers with respect to architecture, technical solutions and bug fixes.
• Pre-analysis of Software issues and Vehicle level anomalies.
• Responsible for internal and customer driven Reviews.
• Primary interface with Global Development team of suppliers for related features/tasks.
