Interact with Physicians through inbound and outbound calls. Need to surf the internet & Database (CRM Tool) based on the patient requests. Sharing brand specific Newsletter or articles on a periodic basis to physicians. Handling customers queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs. Responsible for managing the compliance and process adherence Updating on new content on a regular basis. Working on email and oncall queries. Adherence to SLA. Ability to interact with stakeholders like physicians, content team. Desired Skills: Qualifications: Bachelor in Science/Life Science graduates Preferred. Fresher s or up to 6 months to 2 years of work experience. Good communication and convincing skills.
