Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Transcribe handwritten notes from pathologists, doctors, and technicians into accurate medical reports.
    • Review and edit drafts prepared by speech recognition software to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all patient and laboratory records.
    • Verify terminology and data against reference materials and laboratory protocols.
    • Format and proofread pathology reports, test summaries, and correspondence.
    • Ensure all transcriptions comply with established lab policies, medical standards, and legal requirements.
    • Coordinate with lab staff and physicians to clarify unclear information or missing details.
    • File, store, and retrieve reports and records as per documentation policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory procedures, and transcription best practices.
    Qualification:
    • Graduate ( Science Preferred )
