Work - The basic job function is to listen to medical voice receipts of US and transcribe the same.- To maintain thorough and updated information with respect to client profile, references, and author specific instructions.- To adhere to the schedule provided by TL to achieve account- level SLA.- To diligently adhere to standard transcription rules to ensure client satisfaction and quality output.- To ensure all jobs picked are returned within turnaround time.- To review correction reports on a daily basis to ensure learning from errors made or Analyst/ Principal Analyst grading.- To upload 85% of work directly to the client.- To achieve the quality target of 99.30% while maintaining the error indices under 2% - Critical Error Index, 12% Major Error Index, and 23% Minor Error Index.,
