    Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information. Assist customers in navigating our products/services and troubleshooting any issues they may face.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
