Job Description

Telco Cloud Operations (TCOps) is a real-time automated service assurance solution designed to bridge the gap between the virtual and physical worlds. It provides holistic monitoring and network management across all layers for rapid insights, lower costs and improved customer experience. TCOps simplifies the approach to data extraction, enrichment and analysis of network data across multi-vendor environment into actionable notifications, performance reports and alerts to manage the growing business needs of Telco in an NFV-SDN environment.Job Role and Responsibility: In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Design and development of Data intensive applications and ETL data pipelines for telco network fault and performance data.
  • Implementation of developer friendly Application Programming Interfaces.
  • Design efficient data models for graph, document and in memory data stores that enable the development of various analytical usecases.
  • Collaborate with the product line management and architecture teams in the evolution of the TCOps product.
  • Collaborate with field engineering teams to debug and isolate issues related to TCOps application and its deployment infrastructure.
Required Skills:
  • Possess 1 experience in Software Development in the areas of network management s/w and Operations Support Systems.
  • Advanced programming skills in java / Golang.
  • REST API development using Spring framework or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in designing data intensive applications using advanced data structures and algorithms.
  • Graph Data model design for ArangoDB/ Neo4j.
  • Exposure to data modelling in document DBs such as ElasticSearch.
  • Stream processing using kafka as message bus.
  • Possess Bachelors/Master s Degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to in-memory data stores such as Redis.
  • Exposure to designing cloud native applications for deployment on Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CICD pipelines.
