Position title: MTS- RF Analog Circuit Designer Essential Responsibilities: Work closely with IP development & cross functional teams, Participate in architecture, implementation & design/layout review , * Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • B.S. + minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
  • M.S. + minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • PhD + minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Applicants should have a proficient knowledge of and experience with EDA (Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Synopsys ) tools for schematic design & simulations (Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in various technologies (Bulk, CMOS & SOI) process is desired Patents and publications will be a good advantage to have Experience in one or more of the following advanced analog and mixed signal circuits design: Driver / Receiver Serializer / Deserializer Memory, including SRAM, DRAM, Flash, ROM, eFUSE VCO, Charge Pump, Clock Divider, PFD Bias, Bandgap, Voltage Regulators ADC, DAC, PLL, LNA Understanding of automotive specification and standards (ISO26262, ASIL-D, AEC Q100, FMEDA) Must have good technical verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams is necessary Be able to collaborate with program and technical design leads on multiple concurrent projects.
