You will drive new initiatives around software appliances, streamlined delivery of software-defined data center components to on premise and public clouds, and explore solutions for Hyper-Converged Infrastructure market.Job Role and Responsibility:Be part of vSphere Solution System Testing Team, who builds environments closer to large scale Customers, to solve business criticial problems, develops required testing framework and troubleshooting tools. We populate vSphere Product with all possible objects and execute several Workloads in parallel and verify if the Product stays up for more number of days with desired scale, performance, throughput without any memory leaks and service crashes. This team will have exposure in using real time workloads like CPU, Memory, I/O, Exchange servers. Also works on modern technologies like Kubernetes/Containers. The team works with Cross BU to verify the products from interop standpoint. All-important workloads will be verified for Scale by this team. The team onboards new workloads for every release. Team uses Automation wherever possible to remove in-efficiency and improve execution.What type of work will you be doing What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis We are searching for talented, dynamic, hands-on Quality Engineers (QE) to be part of a VMware vSphere Solutions System Test, in India Bangalore. Run Automation Suite to bring up environment and scale up vCenter Server maximums mentioned in below config max guide.https://configmax.vmware.com/guest vmwareproductvSphere&releasevSphere%207.0&categories3-0 Trigger workloads written in Java/Python in parallel and keep them running for 7-15 Days. Monitor vCenter Server for Memory leaks, Service Crashes and Performance degradation. Ensure vCenter Server is re-silent for disruptions and faults. Contribute in development of tools to support testing. You have a proven track record of challenging projects, showing 1 years of experience testing enterprise software. You review requirements, build a test strategy, test plan, create, execute and automate test cases, track defects and report results. You have tested on linux platform.
