The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, hands-on implementation experience, and a proactive mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity based in Bangalore, ideal for professionals looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of Computer Science and Programming principles
    • Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
    • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Experience with the Mendix platform is a plus
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 4-6 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years in Mendix application development.
    • Strong experience in end-to-end implementation of Mendix applications.
    • Solid understanding of low-code principles, data modeling, microflows, and UI components.
    • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, database integration, and third-party services.
    • Familiarity with agile development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with global teams and stakeholders.
