Work closely with Internal Creatives/ Copy Team & Agencies to drive BAU merchandising .2. Own both creation and execution of monthly merch calender ( BAU properties across merch )3 .Operationally manage all Stores / entry properties go live for BAU/Events and proactively own refresh of creatives4 . Track & Pubilsh performance of stores & visibilty properties . Also monitor the same periodically , work on refresh cycles .5. Work with analytics partners to track and report category specific metrics for Experience6. Interact with Sell & Buy Teams to get information on new selection, offers etc which should be merchandized .7. -Work with content experts / agencies / sell / buy to build Rich content for New Trends selection , launch collections, Premium,-Identify key selection gap with competition .-Build content ( Copy led ) for Premium / niche or unique products , also for cat priority segment or verticals .8. Be thorough with all the operational consoles NEO ,Omniture , Jira , Onelogin (fusion tool) etc9.
