Job Description

Description: Primary Function :As a Vendor Solutions Business Partner you will be responsible for executing and improving critical support functions and process best methods. You will work with all Merchandise Vendor Solutions and cross functional teams to efficiently and effectively enable our vendor partners to conduct business with Target.Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate the logistics in providing and monitoring vendor training sessions.
  • Leverage new and existing software to capture vendor feedback and ticket statistics, extrapolate themes to improve performance and communicate results to partner teams.
  • Manage POL content contribution communication and follow up with content owners as well as POL SharePoint Online site maintenance.
  • Monitor alerts for timely SharePoint content review and lead MBS in the process of providing accurate content for vendor partners and support teams.
  • Assist in system processes through data entry and partnership with impacted areas.
  • Facilitate smooth seamless operations between MBS Mpls and India team members.
Requirements:
  • 4 year college degree
  • 2-3 years Target merchandising experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams as well as independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills addressing a variety of levels, internal and external
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible, resilient and nimble, comfortable working in grey areas with constant change.
  • Accountable with a high degree of initiative.
  • Strong organization and collaboration skills.
