    Dear Applicants,We are Hiring for MES PLATFORM with 6 to 8 Years in Bangalore Location.Roles & ResponsibilitiesGood experience of operational support (incident and problem handling)Hands on experience in problem solving, root cause analysis of issues, troubleshooting, issues fixing, etc.Strong experience of configurations handling, analysing logs, proactively monitoring servicesExperience of IT service support (tools and process like ITIL)Knowledge / experience with monitoring tools (like Kibana, Grafana, Elastic search etc.)Ability to handle high priority incidents/issues, complex situations and customers.Readiness to work in 24x7 support environment (as and when required)Knowledge / Experience of MES or Manufacturing Shop floor IT supportKnowledge of Couch base/MongoDB etc.Job Role: MES PLATFORMJob Experience: 6 to 8 YearsJob Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)Notice Period : 15 DaysPosition: C2HRegardsTeam HrEmail :hidden_emailContact :hidden_mobile
