Roles & Responsibilities:a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesa change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Support communication effortsSupport the design , development , delivery and management of communications.Assess the change impactConduct impact analyses , assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.Support training effortsProvide input , document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.Additional responsibilities may include:Complete change management assessmentsIdentify , analyze and prepare risk mitigation tacticsIdentify and manage anticipated resistanceConsult and coach project teamsCreate actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan , sponsor roadmap , coaching plan , training plan , resistance management planSupport and engage senior leadersCoach managers and supervisorsSupport organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilitiesCoordinate efforts with other specialistsIntegrate change management activities into project planEvaluate and ensure user readinessManage stakeholdersTrack and report issuesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressSupport change management at the organizational levelManage the change portfolio,
