Description
Requirements:5+ Years experience managing engineering teams. Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, execution driven leader to manage a new product device characterization team in India. The characterization team is responsible for characterizing and debugging new product mixed signal MCUs. The characterization team works closely with design, applications and test to ensure new products are thoroughly characterized and debugged prior to production launch. Duties and Skills Duties:-Manage engineering team responsisble for new product characterization / validation-Translate mixed signal MCU datasheet and design documents to characterization and validation plans to ensure design and product quality-Characterization data summary and reporting to muliple levels throughout the organization-Colloborate with new product teams to establish project deliverable and schedules for new product mixed signal MCU Skills:- Lead , motivate , develop and grow engineering team-Understanding of electrical and thermal characterization of semiconductor devices-Experienced with schematic design and layout for char boards and its debug-Strong hardware and test software troubleshooting skills-Good command over usage of lab test equipment; oscopes, logic analyzers, active loads, power supplies etc- Experienced with lab equipment automation using Python, C# or Labview - Experience with working on one or more analog/mixed signal Tester platforms.
