Micro Precision BinSplit EngineerExp: 8-14yrsLocation: BangaloreMPE BinSplit engineer will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and driving resolution of product related parametric and Binsplit limiters. The individual will work with diverse stakeholders across MPE, Product Development, Process development, Design, Architecture, Sort, and Manufacturing to deliver a capable technology with demonstrated baseline meeting HVM requirements, drive and track improvement road-maps.The candidate will be responsible for developing the Binning and Classification models and modules while delivering them to HVM testing.Within this framework, the candidate will define and configure line items while integrating inputs from several sources, validate the classification results, support the different teams with data analysis to explain the results and debug issues. The candidate will define, run and analyze experiments for characterization and modeling parametric results. The candidate will be leading strategic WG, composed of Engineers and managers from several teams and work on companys new power binning algorithm validation. The candidate should have strong engineering data collection capabilities, data extraction tool knowledge and ability to perform data analysis with excel/JMP, based on statistic and modelling, power modeling etc.Qualifications:8+ years of experience as a product engineer with proven background within the microprocessors area. BSc. in Electrical Eng. / MSc. Engineering/ Statistics.Strong engineering data analysis capabilities with JMP- advantage Product development engineering background- advantage. Ability to work independently, debug issues and find solutions. Motivated and energetic with an ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment with daily interrupts. Team player with very good communication skills.
