  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007,2012 / version 1802,1806,1810,1902,2002-Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Config Manager 2007-2012 -In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution,remote control and other SCCM issues -Expertise in SCCM Administration,deployment,packaging, network inventory, boundaries,installer and network designing -Experience in deploying,troubleshooting, managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices -SCCM knowledge
      • Technical Experience : -should have 3yrs in experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring MBAM -Experience in supporting Windows 7,8 and10 -Testing and troubleshooting the encryption process -Supporting end user issues -Working with the team to automate the deployment process -Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations, performing monitor and tuning system performance and providing administration,configuration, installation,deployment and maintenance
      • Professional Attributes : 1-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 2-Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts 3-Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business
      • Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education
    • Additional Information : Good to Have:Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure cloud,Conditional access,IIS,patch management SW
