  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Working as a Unified Communications L3 resource, you will be responsible for supporting a growing number of services 2 You will be working with key people to provide secure, reliable service that you would help design, implement and support 3 Build and implement and support large scale Teams deployment with enterprise voice environments 4 Manage the Deployment and implementation new services and testing of assigned servers
      • Technical Experience : 1 Build and deploy MS Teams and O365 Microsoft Teams Phone system, Advance voice configuration Proficient in configuration of Dial plan, routes, truck, RGS, CAP and media bypass 2 Working knowledge and experience on QOE, CQM analysis and on hybrid environment, able to manage voicemail on MS team tenant
      • Professional Attributes : Professional Attributes 1 Excellent customer facing communications skills verbal and written 2 Ability to work in high-pressure environment with evolving requirements
